August Writing, Day 21: Teammates

This is the seventh in my ongoing Inception drabble series. It follows on directly from my last one, which is in my August Writing post for Day 19.

At the warehouse, someone was waiting for them.

"Eames!" Ariadne was startled. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm here to help Cobb disguise himself for the job."

Ariadne turned to Dom. "What? You don't even want me to do this!"

"No, but if you're going to, I want to be there," said Dom. "It's a difficult, dangerous business."

"But... They're only paying for me and Arthur."

"I'm coming anyway. I want you safe."

"I second everything he said," said Eames. "Count me in."

"I don't believe this!" said Ariadne. "You'd do that for me... Wow. Thank you. Let's get started."
