UBlog: In Exile - Day 4
Jan. 28th, 2007 09:39 pmI'm back in Santa Barbara again after a very pleasant weekend at home. My dad let me borrow his laptop until my new one comes, but it won't connect to the Internet in my room. I've installed every single update on Microsoft Update, even Internet Explorer 7, and Clean Access Agent still can't see that all that stuff is installed and won't let me continue on to the network. This is a job for the ResNet tech squad at my school.
So, I'm back in the computer lab again. I'm feeling remarkaby energetic, considering how late it is and how much I have to do. I just finished answering and sending a bunch of email and making a sign for NSCS's Shoes Over Sickness Project, plus I did my Japanese language homework assignment, so I'm feeling pretty accomplished. This always happens to me - the number of tasks I complete per day is directly proportional to my self-esteem at the end of that day.
It is raining up here. Finally. Our plants have been needing water badly. I'm glad we're getting some rain up here.
